Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

These Red Velvet Cupcakes are delish with my signature Cream Cheese Frosting!  The red and burgundy flowers are made out of colored fondant. I used an edible pearl for the center of each flower. I gave these away to my family and neighbors at Christmas.

Valentine's Day Cupcakes

Valentine's Day isn't complete without a sweet treat. I made over 200 cupcakes, mini and big, with the help of my wonderful husband. These were assorted vanilla and chocolate cupcakes with vanilla and chocolate buttercream, sprinkles and a heart shaped red to to top it off. Delish!
